Enjoyed working with Dwell Development on this beautiful and climate conscious home off of Genesee Park in the Columbia City neighborhood in Seattle Wa.  Buildings account for roughly 40% of the energy use and carbon emissions so it will take industry leadership to push for more of these types of projects.  Check out the video below.
